Suzanne's entry into the world of affordable housing began in 1996 at MCL Companies during the redevelopment of the Cabrini-Green Housing Project in Chicago. After her arrival in Rochester in 2006, she honed her skills in project and information management at local firms, LECESSE Construction and DiMarco Constructors, prior to joining the Edgemere team in 2011. With almost twenty years of experience in construction and real estate development, Suzanne supports Edgemere’s financial infrastructure, works collaboratively with the team to accomplish real estate project objectives, and ensures successful financial operations of the company.
